Yogita R Sanikop, director of RB Technocrats and Reclaimers Pvt. Ltd., has 15 years of experience in the field, starting from Rajashree Sales Corporation. She has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the company and has played a key role in its success. She has a deep understanding of the market and has always been able to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

Five years of deep exposure into sugar industry as COO & CEO of two HPCL sugar plants, Mr.Vinod N Nehete is a Mechanical Engineer. He is highly creative, energetic, customer-focused professional with over 36 years of experience in Sugar, oil & gas Industries. Adept in planning and executing aggressive strategies to achieve sales goals, he has successfully handled LPG sales & operations in HPCL (marketing location, plants, offices), Retail operations for fulfilling volatile demand of MS HSD, SKO & Special products. Also has Two years of exposure in manufacturing industry (Gajra Gears) as maintenance head of gear manufacturing shop floor including Mechanical, Pneumatic & CNC machines.
